The Strengthening Personal Resilience Programme
What is the intended purpose of the course?
- Know what causes people to call on their personal resilience.
- Help individuals strengthen their personal resilience by, primarily, placing personal resilience in the context of the workplace.
- Explore the influences, techniques and approaches that help individuals to be empowered to approach challenging situations with robust attitudes.
- Support individuals in being able to sustain personal control and continue to strengthen resilience.
- With an emphasis on the prevention of stress it helps individuals to take responsibility to remain resilient and grow their resilience.
