Brain Body Health Hacks
The science of why our brains are our body
Central to each session is science, explaining how we can effectively support ourselves in being healthier and happier, potentially preventing illness through making some small lifestyle changes.
Each session knits together facts of how the human body and brain work with current and ongoing research, offering attendees opportunity to access the latest insights into health optimisation. Consideration of illnesses that may be as a result of imbalances are made, along with steps that can be taken to address them.
Sessions are ideal for those with an interest in mental health, the brain, psychology and how these link with physiology and body processes and sickness and wellness.
The cost per session is £50+VAT and £45+VAT for multiple bookings onto sessions.
Sessions are delivered via zoom and can be tailored for businesses and large groups.
