A little about us and what we do
Nothing describes the impact of what we do better than those we support
Since attending the Adult MHFA 2 day course, I have felt more confident in my knowledge regarding Mental Health. This course would benefit anyone from employee though CEO of any company. It’s important to understand Mental Health not only in the workplace but in our personal life’s too. Adele and Johnny who instructed our course were very pleasant and made a tough subject become understandable to everyone whatever level of knowledge they have on Mental Health. I couldn’t recommend this course enough for EVERYONE!
HM Passport Office (Public Services)
I thoroughly enjoyed the course, Katie is a brilliant trainer and despite the subject obviously being quite heavy, made it accessible and manageable. I feel very inspired and motivated to carry out my new role. Fantastic course, intense, thought provoking and very informative. I really appreciated Katie always checking in that we were in a safe place, I felt well looked after which is hugely important. Brilliant content, inspiring and also made me hugely aware of appreciating what others may be going through.
